Made arrangements to have a driver drive my mother to pick up an walker only to find a sign on the door stating that you need to call for an appointment! This is very irritating considering their own website states that they are open during the time that we arrived. If you really must support this business I would highly recommend that you call first! Fix your darn website or don't have one!
