Owner and associate were very nice when I first rented a unit. But I called as directed 14 days before the end of my agreement and spoke to the owner directly to discontinue further rental usage and was not given a confirmation number or have my security returned. No email available to cancel either only snail mail. Too bad as I will need storage again in the future. Don't use them they will scam you and keep your security without cause. Would not recommend.
