Both myself and my mother have had storage units here and never had a problem. I personally had an indoor climate controlled unit that stayed at a very nice temp and allowed me to store multiple electronics without worry about heat exposure. My mother has one of the smaller outside units but even though it is a smaller unit there is plenty of room for all of her different holidays decor and random extra things as well.
