I had automatic payments paying for my storage. I was busy with life and working and one day I realized the money wasn't coming out anymore. Needless to say they stopped taking automatic payments and all of my stuff was gone. Everything that was so important! All my kids memories from childhood, Christmas decorations, my grandmother's dresser with all of her things in it etc...

Been trying to reach someone for several weeks. No one is replying or responding to me. Only use this business if you 100% never have to reach anyone.
