I live in the North Shore area and I found these people to be extremely rude and difficult to work with. They serviced my automatic pool cover in the past, including replacing the pool cover few years ago (different home owner at that time), and when I asked them for the details of the cover (brand, size, etc), they outright refused to provide it to me because they did not want me to "shop around".
