The next day my spouse called the owner Katrina to let them know we were not happy with the service and she was rudely interrupted, told that she was not there so she didn't know what happened and then Katrina hung up on her mid sentence. IT IS VERY CLEAR THEY DO NOT HAVE THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTERESTS IN MIND. We have never dealt such rude and unprofessional people as those representing A-1 Masonry Specialist Inc.
We were told that they could do a Chimney Inspection for $100-$200. When i arrived they (Katrina the owner and an older gentleman) had been there for ten minutes with the realtor and already finished their "inspection". They arrived with NO LADDER, NO EQUIPMENT, not even a flashlight. I was told the chimney needed to be replaced from the roof up, because of supposed water damage, and that was all i was told. I was very pleased with the work I had done. We had a new patio built with pavers and our fireplace veenered with stone, it turned out beautiful! The value of our house has gone up! They gave me the best price around. The staff is very professional and the job was done in no time at all. We will definately hire them again for more work in the spring.
