They always forget to take trash and when you call them, they say they will send someone or put you on a emergency list and never pick the trash up. Pretty pathetic when you have to pay for a service that doesn't do there job.
They will go days sometimes will skip a week and not pick up the trash. When you call either they will give you an attitude or say, I'll let the manager know.
They dumped our trash can out in the pouring rain for us to pick up after my husband got off a 14 hour shift. This is how we are treated for having an extra trash can WHICH WE DID NOT KNOW WE COULD NOT HAVE!! We were told we were able to keep it on the side of the building until someone called us. We will not being picking up anything it can stay until these horrible trash people do their damn jobs. Funny how this happens a lot and nobody is helped.
Usually consistent pickup, but randomly late. The person who answered the phone was disgustingly rude for no reason, so I hope you never need to call.
This garbage company leaves everyone’s trash cans knocked over! I watched them pick up trash today and knock them over by hand, it’s not the truck that does it, so they’re doing it on purpose. We have elderly people on our street and it’s very inconsiderate to leave them like that for them to pick up. I told them to pick up the garbage cans for everyone and they ignored me and only picked up my can.
