I highly recommend A-1 Maida Fence Company. I have used their services commercially and residentially over the past 25 years and they have performed excellent work during that time. They even traveled to Toledo Bend to install a black powder coated fence with 4 gates installed (2 of the powered sliders). I have had zero trouble with the gate motors. Excellent craftsmanship on the automatic gate opener installation! The operator that installed the gate opener was very good! Communication was not very good overall. My expectations were apparently not clearly understood since the overall project lacked some areas that I wanted. This was somewhat confusing since I discussed these items at the beginning and again before the project began. A-1 Maida Fence stands behind their work. They installed a fence for us 3 years ago. The front frame of fence pulled away from the post. I called A-1 Maida and spoke with Jason. Jason came out and took a look and A-1 Maida fixed the issue with the fence free of charge. This is the 2nd fence (different locations) that A-1 Maida has installed for us. I will continue to use and recommend A-1 Maida fencing. Thank you Jason!
It has been over a year now and I have reached out to the owner of A-1 fence to tell him about his employee Richard that took my money for the down payment and never started the job. He said he was going to fix that, but still to this date nothing has been done. Now I am about to take them to small claims to get my down payment back. I have the invoice with Richard signature and text message that me and him have exchanged to prove my case. Do not do business with their employees they are crooks.
