Shoutout to Shawn at A-1 Locksmiths & Security LTD. Our sliding glass door to the patio was installed 20 years ago, and the lock was no longer working. Brand of the door hardware is Hoppe. I called a couple of locksmiths who said they were not familiar with Hoppe locks and turned down the job. Called a door company, too.
