Recently bought a safe, the gentlemen were knowledgeable, patient, and helped load into the truck. Highly recommend.
Just had 3 keys cut. Only 2 worked. It’s too much of a hassle to drive back to have the key re-cut, $4.50 wasted. Since the other 2 work I guess it wasn’t a total bust. I was just disappointed … Update: Just wanted to come back and say that I returned to the shop today and had a new key cut. Issue resolved. Thanks for providing good customer service.
Waited two weeks to finally brush me off after 3 trips of misinformation. Never again….
