Quick and cheap key duplication
Came in needing a car key programmed since I lost all my keys for my car. Had an existing cut key but no programmed remote. The guy there instructed me that I just needed the remote cut and do the onboarding relearn process at home. Straight forward no price gouging for me to bring the car to him. Honest and saved me money. Stand up business will recommend and come back.. Saved me a $200 if I had to have a mobile locksmith come out.
went in to get a copy of a chipper key made and the gentleman at the front counter had me a key cut in under 10 minuets! friendly service and great customer care, i will be bringing all of my key and lock needs to a1 locksmith fortworth!
Came in to rekey couple locks Bryan guy that has been working 18 years of what he told me was rude even tho I was willing to pay for all rekeys he didn’t seem to want to do the job he kept telling to just order it online already rekeyed even tho I told him I need them done today he kept telling me well your going to pay a lot I said that’s fine yet still telling me to just buy new locks online, this employee looks like he does not want to work you can tell by his attitude not very friendly either, A-1 you need to hire people... read more
Both the dispatcher lady and Shane the locksmith, were very pleasant. He got there in about 20mins and got my car unlocked probably within 10mins. It's hurts to drop $100 on making a dumb-dumb mistake, but since I locked my phone in the car too, i could exactly shop around. I'm happy I got it fixed with one phone call using a borrowed phone from a helpful stranger. At least I gave my money to nice and efficient people, and if I'm ever in a bind again I'll probably use them again now.
