I am so pleased with the service A-1 provided to me (smart lock for front door and rekeying other doors). From Ashly in customer service to Jack who did installation, everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.
I called for a key replacement, they made it out within an hr. Fast, efficient and very helpful. I will definitely call back for any other work that i need done in the future . Thank you Michael for the professional service!
We were in a panic because the door to our garage apartment was locked and no extra key could be found! Within 1 hour the serviceman from A-1 was at our home and quickly handed us 2 new keys and an opened door. Thanks!
