Extremely disappointing service avoid at all costs. This company has seriously declined in quality. The drivers are consistently unprofessional and fail to perform even the most basic duties — like holding a sign so passengers can identify them. On multiple occasions, I’ve had issues. In May, while traveling back to NJ from JFK, the driver completely ignored GPS traffic warnings, leading to a 45-minute delay.
