After 20 years as a client, A1 dropped me without any discussion or notice, because I questioned them for overfertilizing and killing a small portion of my lawn. I didn't request a repair or refund....just a simple acknowledgment and apology, neither of which occured. My check for fall services was returned to me without explanation and a phone call I placed to them was left unreturned.
