Got my push mower serviced in the spring, it didnt start last week so too it back to Rick. He fixed it, but asked me how much he charged me last time to come up with a price this time, so he can charge me a little less since I was a repeat customer. I told him I didnt remember, so he said OK its $249. I asked why so much, he said I changed the air filter, replaced the oil (still dirty) and cleaned the carburetor. Horrible experience. Charged $279.00 and did not fix the lawn mower. Took it back and still didn’t fix the mower and would not refund our money! Left our mower outside the locked gate. Would not even talk to us. Would not recommend this repair place!

Great experience! I had a mower emergency and found Rick on Google under “lawnmower repair – new Braunfels”. When I called, he was not at home, but told me he could get to it the first thing the next morning. I stopped by his shop that evening and dropped the 20 year old non-running mower off in the yard. He called me later to say he thought he could have it all fixed by 10 the next morning, which he did! He even repaired things I had not asked him to fix. Worst place ever, I took my mower to get serviced, he charged me $230 and he didn’t do anything it doesn’t even start, he said no refunds and it’s been 3 weeks pushing him to fix it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
