I called for service. I just asked if they spoke Spanish so I could talk more easily since it's my language, and they responded very rudely, telling me that this is America and they only speak English. To me, they were very unprofessional.
They were very attentive to my needs, and in the end I left with the product I was looking for, completely functional. Where they didn't give me a solution elsewhere, here they did, at a very low cost.
Super friendly. Helped me get out of a tight spot real fast. Will never go anywhere else again. Highest recommendation.
Why 5-Stars???? I called nearly every Lock Smith and Lock Store in the entire Tampa-St. Pete area trying to g to find a very unique lock for a 3” thick door. Yes…More than 30 calls. NO ONE had it or even an idea where to buy one. The owner when I spoke to him quickly said, “I have your solution. Come on in.” Um…What??? I drove over and yes….He had exactly what I needed for a custom built door. Then…I look left of the Locks area to find a gem of a firearms store filled with some of the best and rare choices of weaponry one co... read more
