It was my first time trying this repair shop since my regular mechanic is too far. I was truly touched by the kindness of the workers and the way they treated me. They even showed me the parts that were changed and took the time to explain my car issues. It’s hard to trust mechanics these days since everything feels like a business, but they were honest, truthful, and transparent. They honored their work and their word, and did a great job. I highly recommend them!
Highly recommend! I was new to the area and called a few shops before ultimately going with this one and I was not disappointed. Very knowledgeable and kind people, went above and beyond. I will now be going here to service my Honda :)

It is very rare that you meet a business owner like Tri at A-1 Japanese Autocare. The team at A-1 has been servicing our 2014 Honda for about a year, standard stuff/repairs.
