The staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and very easy to work with, taking the time to explain different coverage options in a clear and helpful way. What stood out most was their responsiveness and attention to detail. Every question I had was answered quickly, and they made sure I felt confident in my choices without any pressure.

Scott was rude to me and the price for full coverage is terrible.
Scott was amazing!!!! I was actually told from almost every other insurance company that $370 would be the cheapest I could find for a monthly payment for full coverage car insurance..... With that being said I gave A-1 insurance a chance and boy am I glad that I did!!
