They came out in 2020 and some wall bracing said they put a carbon fiber on my wall we're they fixed.and been trying to get a hold of them.cause found a problem area were there sapose of fixed .had to call another co out .they read the contract and said there was no carbon fiber put on wall.and said I needed to call them.cant get ahold.and I got a 20 yr warranty.so someone needs to get to calling me back.and called all the numbers in book they gave.phone no longer in service.
We have a tri-level and years ago during heavy rains or the Spring thaw a huge amount of water would come into our family room. They fixed the problem. Very professional and thorough. They left the pipe sitting on top of the ground to divert the water out into the yard. After years of flooding in our yard I called and asked for help, but their landscaper doesn’t service our area. I'm not sure if they are open any more and I think Wayne is gone. However I've used them several times in the past and had a great experience.
We haven't had any issue since they waterproofed out basement in 2008.
