I’ve been taking my 95 BMW to JP for a while now and he’s been dependable and fixes what is needed vs finding new stuff to fix on my car!! He also appears to use quality parts and fix things properly. Like all of you, I’ve had bad experiences at other shops and dealerships selling me on repairs I don’t need, but JP seems honest and helpful in contrast.
I just want to share a quick thank you to the team at A-1. They did a coolant system repair on my Audi S3 and about five or six months later, I noticed that the coolant level had dropped a bit. They set a convenient time for me to bring the car in and did a full pressure test of the system without any questions asked. As it turns out they didn't find a leak (thankfully) ....
