Stay away This is a joke took my 2005 maxima for a transmission replacement and they were also supposed to change the motor oil, do a tune up which they didn't do!!! Got the car back drove it not even a day later it was acting weird so I took it back and it had 2 much transmission fluid and it was dirty so I said you don't put clean fluid or change the strainer In a transmission when you change it Tony said we don't do that!!! Johnny is who we dealt with, totally nonchalant, he did not fix the problem. When we try to explain what was going on, he just tried to overtalk us.And tried to say that, we didn't tell him what we were trying to explain to him, his whole attitude about the problem and not even answering the phone.When we call, i personally will never, ever take anything else of mine to him
Owner has been very helpful. He came and towed my Range Rover for me as well. Ultimately I am sending mine back to the dealership as I am ready to trade but I appreciate the help and service from A-1. If you have a foreign car let these guys take a look.
