Not surprised with the 1 star review below, it's a common theme with this company and the caregivers they hire as well as the service they provide. Absolutely unapologetic and the worst service you will receive. Crazy how they just continue to make excuses in the response to a bad review. I'd stay away
I wish I could give 0 Star. They sent me a caregiver who was sleeping and snoring most of the time during the 12 hour shift. I requested someone quiet, no noice, no light but the caregiver did the exact opposite. I was told that the caregiver would not sleep during the shift and now when I complaint about the caregiver sleeping and snoring which caused me not able to get sleep. I did not sleep all night when I needed right after surgery. Now, they said it's ok for the caregiver to sleep as long as I got help when I asked. Ho... read more
