Nicholas is a very professional mechanic, he explained everything he did in detail.
Robert, Tom, Brad, JT, and Kyle replaced our original 1969 furnace and air conditioner with professionalism, great communication, and attention to detail. The office team was also amazing, keeping everything coordinated smoothly from start to finish. While the overall price felt a bit high, we know we invested in updated hybrid technology. We haven’t had it long enough to fully test it, but so far it’s working beautifully. Kyle installed our replacement gas furnace. He was exceptionally efficient and informative, by himself handling all the particulars of removing the old furnace and installing the new. Great work. Thanks! An update: Kyle made the long trip back to finish details of our new furnace installation. He double-checked electrical, vents, and drains, always cheerful and thorough. Thanks again.
