Wade came over today and installed an AC unit for me today.He was courteous, informative, and efficient .He took his time but worked with intention.After he was finished he explained all of the new parts and made sure I knew how to operate the new thermostat.I was extremely pleased with him and his work and would highly recommend him. Tim was simply great! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. He easily diagnosed the problem and we talked over several solutions, which gave me options on how to proceed. I very much appreciate the transparency, different price points and pros/cons of the variety of choices I had. It was easy to decide on the best course of action with his explanations. Nicholas was amazing. Very professional, good humor as well as knowledgeable and informative. Did a great job answering any questions I had.
First I want to thank the girls in office for being so friendly and helpful. I was shocked to find out my hot water heater was not plumbed right and not up to code. Thank you so much Tim Darnley for your expertise at getting this fixed for me. ( He is a real asset to this company) Thank you A-1 for righting a wrong. I can now rest easy knowing it's done right. So much more I can say but will run out of space. Lastly I appreciate the time and detail Tim put into this repair. He is a great plumber! THANKS AGAIN!
The salesman didn't listen to what I wanted and continued to try to upssle me to higher priced units. The installers Austin and Bryan were courteous and efficient they did a good job when they installed the registers Austin found they would not covered the flange which is why I wanted new register boots and was not included he found a solution thst was acceptable Instal was 5 star
