Great company, great employees. I called last week to get a quote to replace the PTAC unit in my apartment. Megan was so helpful with helping me decide which unit to choose, even sending me a photo diagram to make sure I had the correct plug in, which was super helpful. Very happy with A-1! I had a new AC installed a few years ago and they were great to deal with, never had an issue with it. I just lost my furnace the other day, I called late in the day yesterday but it was almost closing time, they got me in this morning first thing and got me going. The tech was an awesome guy and very thorough. I am very cautious about calling a repairman ever, but A-1 will always be my first call when I need one!
