Justin picked up a chainsaw, agreeing to repair it a few months ago from my special needs adult son, then ghosted him upon his requests for communication and return. I have tried to work with him for the return of my chainsaw, and he made arrangements to meet me last month, but ghosted me, and has kept my expensive chainsaw. He has yet to return my messages.. I am in total surprise of his good rating here! I would not recommend Justin with A-1 repair service.
