Erik came out pretty much immediately when I first called for a quote. He walked the house with me and made very common sense, cost effective suggestions including adding downspouts and reusing downspouts where possible to save $$. He even met with my roofer to agree on order of replacement (roof and gutters). When I was ready a few weeks later, he got his team out the next day!
