Owner of company and wife are crooks and junkies. Tim obin and bonnie Nolan stole from us. We rented an illegal apartment (we didn't know that at the time) they were supposed to be paying the mortgage with our rent but then I got court papers up on my door saying they were supposed to leave in 2014. They rented us the apartment in 2016. Then the house went into foreclosure. They left with food in fridge and alot of there things there.JUNKIES

I can confirm previous 1-star post - crooks. 1 year after the job and I'm paying $1,000's of dollars to sub-contractors/material providers that he screwed. This was after getting 50% complete on the project and forced into paying an addition $16k to do what we'd already agreed to.
