Called about 3 times and spoke with the owner the first two times for window repair. The third time left message for Rick (the owner) to call back. Never got a call back. I Had a deadline to meet and know nothing about window repair. When someone tells you they will help you, and you don't want to call anyone else, then they don't return your call, that isn't good business. Thanks a-1 for your help!! I Guess business is just too good to return a phone call.
