The outside pane of glass on our picture window had broken, so I called A1 Glass Company to replace it. When it was replaced, they put in a dirty pane of glass. I asked them to come back and clean it, which they did. But when they put it back on, they left a large gap on the bottom, allowing bugs and spiders to crawl up inside. I emailed the owner a picture of the problem and ask them if they couldn’t clean it and fix the gap between the window and the wood.
