I used this mechanic for years and they were good to me but last year they lied to me about a repair they did. They changed a fuse and charged me 400 dollars. Lied and said that they changed my ignition. Now im not a mechanic but my ignition wasn't touched at all. After I got my vehicle back the fuse kept blowing. I took it back and they just gave me a few fuses and sent me on my way. I got under my truck and found the wire that was shorting out on my drives haft and repaired it myself. A1 Gear & Auto was recommended by others as a reputable shop. Brought my F150 in for a differential service. They are honest and took the time to look over my recently purchased truck. I have already brought our other vehicle in for service. Will recommend and continue to use them.
This place proves GREAT customer service still exists. Staff was super friendly and repairs are reasonably priced. I'm sure it doesn't happen all of the time.e, but they squeezed me in on the same day so I didn't have to rent a car to prevent further hub damage. I highly recommend and will return if I need their services for anything else.
I had my 2010 Ford F-150 in yesterday for a tie rod replacement. Told me it would be $400. My bill was $487 after they broke all the lug nuts and as many time tires have been changed along with flats and never a problem. They broke they then they should pay for them. Very poor business practices.
