I had my 2010 Ford F-150 in yesterday for a tie rod replacement. Told me it would be $400. My bill was $487 after they broke all the lug nuts and as many time tires have been changed along with flats and never a problem. They broke they then they should pay for them. Very poor business practices.
The guys came highly recommended from a co-worker, and I see why! I purchased a new-to-me 2020 Chevy Silverado that had a bit of a whine in the rear differential, I guess excitement is why I didn't catch it on the test drive, so before a long upcoming trip, I decided it was best to rebuild. Even though there were minor issues acquiring parts, these guys made it as absolutely pain free as it could be. They'll be getting much more work from me other than just a rear end overhaul.
