Honest! Honest! Honest! A bum transmission was installed in my truck. It was said the rear differential was the problem. They checked it thoroughly. The rear differential wasn't the problem. They charge me a discounted service fee for what they did instead of charging for what they could have both honestly and dishonestly.

About three and half years ago, I had already diagnosed the issue with my car, but lacked the tooling to do it myself. I went in-person to get a quote of what I wanted done. There was no problem for A-1 Gear and Auto to do exactly what I asked for! It was unfortunate the part failed within their warranty period, which costed me a towing fee, but they certainly took care of the repair again without any questions!
