Rich was super professional, on time, and explained everything he was doing. He expertly disassembled parts of our furnace to clean inside of it, pointed out issues, and stuck to his promised price. Yes, there are probably places that are a little less expensive, but I doubt you'll get as thorough a job. Highly recommend this service.

We had Rich the owner from A1 Furnivac come into our home on January 25th of this year. Prior to doing the work Rich will come to your house and give you a price to do the job, he will not estimate over the phone at all and I really appreciate that. He takes the time to explain exactly what he can do for you and answers any questions you might have. He shows up exactly on the date and time that was arranged. Rich went out of his way and off schedule to get me out of a bind with cleaning ducts & vents. He dropped what he was doing to help me out, I did not expect to have somebody come in for about a week. I continually told him it was fine to wait it out but he insisted - he wanted to get us back up and running. He truly cares. Rich cleaned out my overdue dryer duct/vents and got everything up to code - I wasn't aware that it wasn't. Thanks so much, Rich.
