I took a shipment with agent Salvador Frontera; my experience was a 10/10
Wish people read the reviews before doing business with brokers, myself included. Looks like this is an echoing complaint of the poor business and mannerism of this company. I own a factoring company and have never left a review for a broker. I work with thousands of brokers and anyone who offers ACH offers this service for free. A-1 is the only one I know who charges for this service. So we opted for mailed check. Their mailed check was lost in the mail, if it was truly mailed, we have no way to confirm that happened. Never pay detention.
We got a load from Brian Maniscalco we deadheaded 1hr and ahalf to the shipper,we get there and he says the load cancelled,I told him to send me a truck order not used he said sure he will and I have not heard from him since, he is not responding to my emails or my phone calls.Brian likes to lie Please avoid doing loads for this guy!
I wanna start by saying I have never reported anyone in my life! But BRIAN MANISCALC called me flipping out on a load that we told him we didn’t want but he went ahead and booked it anyways when we told him no he threatened to report me for bad business and started using profanity I hang up after I had a few words! FIVE MINUTES LATER I’m getting another phone call from him telling me he eats people like me for lunch and I will be out of business in a year and goes on and on!!
