I had some cracks in my basement that were worrying me, so I called A1 to come out and look. I was very impressed. They were on time, friendly, and professional. They explained that the cracks are nothing to worry about and recommended no action, other than to track the cracks (they explained how to do this) in case they get worse. They didn't charge me anything. I hope I don't need foundation work in the future, but if I do, I'll call them.

There isn't enough that can be said about the dynamics and the professionalism that this company exudes when it comes to their knowledge of foundation repair. Absolutely superior! Toby and his guys did an amazing job out at my house! They were very respectful of my property and put it back almost exactly the way it was. Chris and Michelle were also great to work with. Would highly recommend this company!

I can't recommend A1 Foundation Solutions highly enough! Chris and Michelle provide such personalized, good customer service. I met them through my realtor when I was searching for houses and needed foundation inspection work done. They have always been incredibly timely and friendly in their communication. I trust their work because they treat me so well as a customer. I recommend A1 Foundation Solutions to anyone needing foundation experts.

Chris, the owner, came out within just a couple of days of us calling for a couple of different concerns being addressed. Chris was at our home right on time, checked out both issues, and reassured us that all was good at this time. He explained everything in a way I could easily understand and advised at what point I should be concerned in the future if things change. Very friendly, honest, and professional. Can not recommend A-1 Foundation Solutions enough! If you are in the Columbia area, this should be your first choice.
