Chris, the owner, came out within just a couple of days of us calling for a couple of different concerns being addressed. Chris was at our home right on time, checked out both issues, and reassured us that all was good at this time. He explained everything in a way I could easily understand and advised at what point I should be concerned in the future if things change. Very friendly, honest, and professional. Can not recommend A-1 Foundation Solutions enough! If you are in the Columbia area, this should be your first choice.

I always considered foundation repair companies to be a band of pirates, dig in the dirt, find the money, and sail away never to be seen again.
