Beware of this company. They go into places of businesses and demand the team members pay them $90 to replace the extinguisher if it’s expired. When the employee says they need to call their supervisor (me) and get approval before paying them, they began to get confrontational and start threatening the team members. I had an excellent experience at A-1 Fire & Safety. They refilled my CO₂ tank quickly and at a very affordable price, which I really appreciated. On top of their fast and professional service, what truly stood out to me was the thoughtful touch of offering free Bibles in their store. It says a lot about the kind of values they uphold, and it left a lasting impression on me. Highly recommend them for anyone needing fire and safety services—efficient, friendly, and with a heart for the community.
They will purposely not pass something that is completely passable I've taken tanks to separate companies for confirmation and they said this would be 100% passable. Won't be doing business with this shady company
Staff is unprofessional cussing their mouths off and being disrespectful. Half the time what you get back is dirty. Wouldn't give them a cent moving forward. Use anyone else in town.
For CO2 refills they're great. They fill the bottle you bring in. The price is decent and becomes better value the larger the bottle. 10+ lbs get the best value, as the cost savings on a 20 lb bottle are minimal, but worth it to me.
