Great comapny – I loved this company and didnt have any problem with them whatsoever. They repaired by Samsung LED which was under a Samsung warranty. they came out and replaced the LED panel which had gone defective within 3 months of me buying the tv. Thanks for the great service.
BEWARE!!! Your T.V. will not be repaired, it will be destroyed!!! – Do not waste your time and energy. A1FS is a joke and it is appalling that they have any accreditation with the Bet. Bus. Bur. We too were unfortunately sent to them from Circuit City with whom we purchased a protection plan on our Mitsubishi television. The problem we had with the television was merely cosmetic and something we wished to have fixed but was not absolutely necessary to the performance of the television.
