DO NOT RENT ANYTHING HERE There is absolutely no reason you should rent from a company with no pride of ownership and such horrible service. The owner blatently told me that she had no interest in the longevity of her business and therefore had no concerns about the numerous complaints online or with the BBB. Never Again!!! This place is a rip-off, I rented tables, chairs, and linens from them for a special occassion. They shorted me 1 table linen and when I called them I was told I wouldn't be charged for it. Upon return of their products I realized that they had given me 10 extra chairs, being honest I returned them and informed the yard guy that there was 10 extra chairs. I was then charged for 1 table linen, even after I was told that I wouldn't be. Even after I returned the 10 extra chairs I was pretty told by Management tha... read more

propane refill rip-off Very unsatisfactory and unfair. Charged a "minimum" upfront to refill a propane tank. Yard man was rude and would not say anything. He didn't, and wouldn't, fill the tank to full, which resulted in us being charged double the per gallon price. The clerk would not consider our complaint, and refused to fill the tank full or refund the unused "minimum." Understand they have several unanswered complaints with the BBB. Will NEVER return for ANYTHING!
