I have called these folks six times or more to have them check out my home stationary generator, which broke down during hurricane Matthew, but they never get back to me. They say they will call me back to set a day and time but fail to do so. This is pretty bad for a certified Generac Dealer. The generator I have is a Carrier and Generac took them over. If one can't get service for a Generac generator here in Ormond Beach then I surely will not buy a Generac.
