RecommendedI highly recommend this company if you are looking for an engineer to look at the structure and foundation of your home. Brandon was very informative and answered all my questions. I mainly went with this company because of Tracie Shaw. She was so welcoming and helpful when I called. She showed interest and cared about the property as if it was her own. Customer service is amazing! Highly recommend!
RecommendedI was refereed to A-1 many years ago. Their owner helped me on a little project. Then the team planned a multi family project with me, and several residential projects after that. Today it is hard to find a firm that is run like a professional business but makes clients feel like family, and this is what I get at A-1! I could not referrer anyone but A-1 for structural engineering work in San Antonio. Thanks guys for being a great building partner to me.
Have been waiting on drawings from them for over a month. They want payment for a revision, even though the revision was only needed because of a mistake they had made. They will not release the drawings to us without payment. They are also not returning our calls. I am trying to refinance my home, and cannot do so until drawings are released to us (and we can finish the work).
A-1 Engineering is the Best!! Great service and great people.
