This review is a few years in the making lol, but I was super impressed with not only the engineer, but the office staff as well. I used them a few years ago and just referred them to someone else, which prompted the memory jog and delayed review. Use them, you won't be disappointed!!
I would like to commend the team at A-1 Engineering for their outstanding customer service and professionalism. I visited the office without an appointment, hoping to speak with someone and potentially schedule a meeting with Moises. I was very impressed by the level of courtesy and efficiency demonstrated by Tracie, who kindly asked me to wait while she checked with her manager. You must book your next structural engineer report here because not only is the process and prices extremely great but the customer service my gosh is top notch exceptionally amazing 🤩. Tracie was the most dearly and caring went above and beyond to help me and make sure we got this done. people forget customer service is #1 and we are all human and have to be kind.
