Nate was suuuuper patient and professional, I called him because our garage lost power. He asked me some detailed questions and then concluded it was most likely an easy fix, like a GFCI outlet that just needed to be reset and something I could do myself. He told me he didnt want to charge me for a service call to come out and just flick a switch so he told me how to reset it myself.. problem was, I had a switch totally hidden in the garage and so after I 'reset' all of the GFCI outlets the problem persisted.. he asked me a ... read more
