I can’t say enough great things about Jim and Thomas. They are professional, honest and kind. My install took a few days and everyday they were there my home was treated with respect and care. They were meticulous in their work. They took the time to listen and answer any questions that I had and were always willing to make changes (when possible) to locations of the equipment. I gotta tell ya... A-1 Ductless did an outstanding and thorough Install. I know it wasnt easy considering the building is 50 years old, with a lot "oddities" in the walls. We are thrilled with this company. Everything was just as they said it would be. I was kept in the loop during the entire install process. I've already contracted them to do installs on two more of our buildings. Thanks guys. We appreciate all you did for us.
