Extremely difficult to schedule driving times, especially for a high school student who is in school when the drive times go online. Wasn't able to complete all the drives in the necessary timeframe
The teachers are hit or miss. There are some good ones. The schedule do fill up quickly so it is not easy to find instructors. The worse thing is their online course work. The lessons are broken down into too many small segments so it takes unnecessary long to go through them and too many clicks by hand. The lessons keep repeating the same content. This place is terrible. I have only been able to schedule one drive and have been trying to get another drive for almost 5 months now. You have to log in EXACTLY at 10 am on Wednesdays and refresh the driving schedule every minute (this is what they told me to do) for a chance of getting an appointment. One week I was at work and wasn’t able to log in exactly at 10 and i logged in a 10:04 and they told me I logged in too late. It’s so inconvenient and they only schedule one week at a time. Horrible. You have to schedule the drives through their website at 10am on Wednesdays. I have been on their website for 8 weeks at exactly 10am and have not been able to get a single drive scheduled at any time. I have spoken with them numerous times and they are very kind on the phone but very unhelpful. I have been on the waiting list for EVERY location and none have been available. They will refund me the driving portion of the bundle but are still charging me $150 for the online portion. I would not have signed up with t... read more
