Really nice people and really understanding, not seen them in person, but they are super nice and really helpful
The class was very informative and helpful to help improve your defensive driving skills. My instructor was cool, funny and made the class interesting. I like how everyone must participate.

The problem and the reason for the low stars are that I was told it took 1 business day to receive a certificate. I took my class on Saturday. I was told on Saturday we'd receive it by Tuesday at 5pm. (first of all, that's 2 business days not one) I received it Tuesday at 8pm. It was my fault for waiting that long but they definitely should have put that on the website. My class was great. Yolanda Ford was my instructor and although it was long she made it really fun.
