I placed an order for baseboards here. Since it doesn't fit in car I asked them to Cut into half. They said they will charge 10% of total price for cutting it which is way too much. That is not the reason I am giving negative review here. The staff ( I think her name is Sandy) I wanted to get clarification, they replied very rude.
