am extremely disappointed with A1 Disposal’s lack of communication and reliability. For the past three days my trash has not been picked up, despite me calling two days in a row to report the missed service. Each time I was assured it would be handled, but nothing has been done. This ongoing issue is now causing problems at my location. A company in the business of disposal services should at the very least be able to communicate effectively with its customers and follow through on their commitments. I have used this company multiple times. Their customer service is great, I can always get ahold of them. They are always right on time with pick up and drop off. I would definitely recommend.
This "business" has billed me for 3 months of service I have never even seen a contract for. I have NEVER signed anything, even after repeated request's for a simple price quote. I had to file a police report with Murray City due to harassment I got from "John" that drops off the bins because he kept asking me for my number to put in his personal phone, also kept asking me how many people lived in my home and who was home at the time!
