Not the best place to take your vehicle took it up there Friday. Was told I’d have a diagnostic by Monday morning and they gave me the report but after I called 7 times on Monday kept getting told he’s busy then I called again the next day and basically trying to say they could charge me for the 280 diagnostic but aren’t so I shouldn’t be rushing them fool I need my car for work. Shady tactics. Won’t honor warranties. Will post things on FB marketplace posing as an individual then bait and switch. I think the good reviews on here are paid for.
They don’t honor their own warranties when they do shoddy work. Buyer beware

You told us one set price and then you changed that set price and then you lied to us and it comes up to be the torque converter. You’ll never did a diagnostic test on us. I would never recommend the shop to anybody y’all ripped us off.
