★★★★★ I had an excellent experience with A1 Dent Removal. They accommodated me on very short notice and were able to take care of the dents and scuff marks on my Toyota Tacoma with exceptional attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, their professionalism, courtesy, and customer service were evident. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations and their workmanship reflects a high level of expertise and pride in their craft. Throughout the process, they were transparent, responsive, and genuinely focused on en... read more
I cannot say enough good things about A1 Dents, LLC! After discovering my car had been hit in a parking lot overnight with zero note left behind, I was completely stressed out. I initially took it to another shop where they quoted me a staggering $7,000 and told me it would take a full month to get my car back. Desperate for a better solution, I reached out to A1 Dents, and Joe and Donna was an absolute lifesaver. She responded to all my inquiries almost instantly and handled every communication with incredible speed and pro... read more
I am BEYOND happy with the results. A dent from another car door did more damage than expected. A-1 Dents was able to get me in right away. After the work was done the dent was completely gone and looks as if it never happened. The picture shows the detail/measurements in making sure they got the entire issue. I dropped off and picked up same day, very smooth process. 10/10 would recommend.
I absolutely recommend Joe (and Donna) at A-1 Dents! There was a lack of communication between myself and my insurance company, but Donna got on the horn and spoke to them herself to move things along. There was also additional damage to the vehicle that Joe took care of wicked fast--they ended up having to keep my car longer than planned and knowing we needed the car by a certain day to go out of town, Joe put in extra time and energy to make sure we could get it back in time (and we did!). I will definitely go back to A-1... read more
Dealing with both Joe and Donna with our recent dent repair exceeded our expectations. From setting up the appointment, to the estimate process, communication and getting the actual repair done showcased their desire to deliver the best possible customer experience. I highly recommend their work.
