Place is awesome
New one (20June25) - recently ordered a new MTB and the team took great care of me during the process. It is expected next week and they even said they'd find me a sticker from the manufacturer! ;-). Thanks Team A1!! Update: Just got my Rubaix Expert road bike (electronic shifting,etc) back. It needed 2 new tires and a software update (for real). I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this bike shop was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share. I brought my bike in for a basic tune-up and some minor repairs. Not only was the staff unfriendly and dismissive, but the work done was subpar at best. My bike didn’t feel much different after the service, and I noticed a few things they either missed or didn’t bother to check.
