I have been a loyal A-1 customer for 10 years now. My family has purchased 5 bikes from them. I’ve had them do some of my wheelchair maintenance. Not to mention singing their praises and sending multiple people their way to buy bikes and get their bikes fixed. They just lost me as a customer for life over $50. Worse Experience I took my kids and my sons bike for repair the guy looked at me and said it’s for him yes it’s for 11 years old boy he said it should be different My man I came to repair his cycle simple i need the chain to be fixed , after pushing him he said I can install chain due to safety issues and all stuff what safety issues my guy he said change brakes and wires and other stuff plus the guy was not at all welcoming why because I am brown ??? I am one of the worst customers and prob A1 wouldn’t want me to review / ordering online a 7k bike and cancelling after shop delivery earns one that title / however / my 2 cents / despite all that / Tyler impressed me with his persistence about a follow on order that spec jacked up during delivery / and the young man that greeted me when I when I entered the business and when I had follow on items to discuss / and it was good to see old Ben / Tyler knows his stuff and came up with solution on the spot that was a proper fix/ ... read more
