I have been a loyal A-1 customer for 10 years now. My family has purchased 5 bikes from them. I’ve had them do some of my wheelchair maintenance. Not to mention singing their praises and sending multiple people their way to buy bikes and get their bikes fixed. They just lost me as a customer for life over $50. I dropped off a power assist device for my wheelchair called at Batec on Friday morning and asked for a tire change and once over on all the bolts to make sure everything is good before I leave for Ecuador.
