Terrible attitude and gave no heads up when he showed up 30 minutes early on a Saturday morning and stayed for 2 minutes before leaving and answering my call with a terrible attitude.
Mike the repair man was suppose to be at my house around 10:00 am on Monday! He is a No Call, No Text, No SHOW! Its just the Professional thing to do Call or Text!
He really loves to verbally abuse women when their husband's aren't home. Honestly. Worse service ever. Lies lies & more lies. When he says it's fixed. NOTHING is fixed. He claimed he fixed our washer & dryer sets. Needless to say, now we have to go buy a whole new set. We've used this company twice now. Lesson learned. Leave it up to my man of a husband to not read reviews before hand. And when you ask him to come back out to maybe see WHY it's not fixed after handing him $200, he says he'll have to charge us AGAIN!!! For w... read more
I had bought a used washer and dryer and I needed a fill valve to get it working. I called him up and he had the part locally and for a better price than online. He was even able and willing to answer my questions I had. Very nice guy and super helpful!
