I got three bids to lift the sunken part of our driveway, and Steve Lach at A-1 Concrete Leveling came in lowest. The other two wanted to lift the entire side of the driveway; Steve thought he could get it done by lifting just two panels. I showed him what the other contractors had proposed because I wanted to be sure he’d seen the same problem they allegedly had. Steve and Crew, First of all I really appreciated you taking the time to come over to look at our walkway while you and your team worked on our neighbor's. We are very happy with how great the walkway looks, the grouting in small part of driveway and leveling by front steps. Thanks so much for the great job!
I wish I could give a better score but when you leave 3 messages and no return phone call then this is the rating you get. It's a voice-mail with a lady's voice. According to reviews they do good work, but I will never be able to find out due to they must be super busy and don't need the work, but when work gets slow they will probably answer the phone.
Quich and easy concrete leveling
Our patio under our hot tub had tilted and sunk 5” to one side. They were able to lift and level the concrete slab to it’s original position which shed the water away from the house. In filling the holes drilled, John took the time to make sure they disappeared as much as possible. Professional and very conscientious. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises
