Worst customer service Iv ever heard yet, scheduler is very rude.. fyi if your so busy your out over a month then don’t act like having to fill a spot that may become open will make or break your business.
I had contacted A1 for an inspection to make sure everything is ok with my chimney because I am selling my house and I like supporting local businesses. Made an appointment for them to come out and do an inspection/possible cleaning. No one showed! Not one phone call to let me know they weren't going to make it. Called the next day wondering what had happened and was told the guy I spoke to didnt take down any of my info (okay, benefit of the doubt s**t happens).
