Very, very disappointed in this company and would never again request their services. I have lived in my home for well over 25 years and my husband and I have used the fireplace all those years. We have had it cleaned on numerous occasions. I tried this company, they inspected the fireplace, and my water heater. The technician said I didn’t need the fireplace cleaned but rebuilt. I had an appointment scheduled 4 times and every time they would call and cancel , I don’t know if they do good work as they never made it to an appointment
A-1 does a fantastic job I've used them for many years. Have had several fireplace chimney cleanings service was always great. Had them rebuild 2 chimneys over the years. If there is ever an issue they were more accommodating to resolve it. Highly recommend them.
Compared to the other services, i got the same information from a1. They were more affordable. I would have given them a 5 star but they need to work on their communication a bit more. But the guys did a great job, professional, respectful and informative.
Did not feel the technician knew what he was doing. Mentioned some hairline cracks in the slab near the bottom but didn't mention that the flu was missing or that some of the flashing was pulled away from the wall which every other Chimney sweep has in the last 6 yrs. He had difficulty getting his equipment up the Chimney so he only cleaned about 4 ft up. Every other Chimney sweep has also attacked it from the top. There was a major language barrier to top it all off. Don't be sending techs out who are just learning English.... read more
